Purpose of This Article

The main purpose of this article is to introduce the reader to a new model of consciousness, which I have developed into an interconnected theory of consciousness. Specifically, this distinct perspective is contained within my unabridged book on metaphysics, Web of Consciousness: An Interconnected Life.

To accomplish the purpose of this article, I am posting the table of contents and introduction for this book, within this post.

Afterwards, my goal is to present the first four chapters of this book for free, online. I am aware that as a new writer it is only fair to allow readers free samples of my writing and my ideas. This provides readers with a better grasp of my writing and thinking, before a purchase is made either with your time, your money or both, on any of my books.

However, instead of posting the entire free chapters all at once, I will divide and post each of the four chapters into smaller blog posts over the course of multiple weeks.

For instance, Chapter-1: Consciousness, will be divided into five blog posts, spread over the course of five Mondays, starting with the first post on 20 October 2025. Moving forward, I will also divide chapters two, three and four in a similar manner and continue posting every Monday until finished.

At this point in my blogging, I am making comments available for the posts on this book, Web of Consciousness: An Interconnected Life, with specific boundaries of course. Among certain restrictions, any post that I publish will not be allowed to receive comments after four weeks. And, based on my current writing schedule and ability, I have allocated only a limited amount of time, on Saturdays, to read and to reply to some of the comments.

Lastly, I view comments and replies as an opportunity to clarify my current model of consciousness. I have no interest in argumentation or debate. If you think my model is wrong and incorrect, then I agree with you, 99.9999%. And there you go. I concede the win to your argumentation and debate.

After that, I will still continue to present my observations and create models that help explain my observations of reality. Not because of closed mindedness, but because of two fundamental properties of human beings.

     1. If an individual is not strong enough or honest enough to accept the truth of reality, then the truth of reality will imprison and torment that individual when faced with truth.

In other words, the truth will set you free, if and only if, you are strong enough and willing enough to accept reality as it is.

     2. Misery loves company, and will always be active in orchestrating, manipulating, and creating misery in others, if left unchecked.

Often, the fuel of misery is the inability to accept the truth of reality. Consequently, those in misery use argumentation and debate as their primary tools to attack honest observation, and to hamper any pursuit to learn or to adapt within reality.

Granted, argumentation and debate can be used as a learning technique, too. However, this is possible if and only if both participants are purely interested in learning only, and not in being correct or victorious with words.

Hence, since I am not a mind reader or soul reader, then my best course of action is to avoid argumentation and debate until all my theories of reality have been solidified.

My interest is in learning, not in boasting or being correct or being right over all other’s personal observations of reality.

Introduction

Audience: The target audience for this book is anyone interested in metaphysics. To be more precise, anyone that is willing to consider a new model and a new theory of consciousness. In particular, this manuscript is for anyone that is curious about the interconnected ideas related to consciousness, such as: evolution, free-will, motivation and fun, origin of the universe, alternate big-bang interpretation, reality and the universe, emotions and consciousness, the “Hard” problem of consciousness, good and evil, origin of life and death, time, God, the learning process, studying, and of course sex, lies and faith.

Goal: The goal of this book is to provide a reasonable model of consciousness, develop this model into a working theory of consciousness and to apply this theory of consciousness to life, reality and the universe.

Method: The method of approach for this manuscript is confined within three main guiding principles: 1. Establish an axiomatic foundation to create a model for consciousness; 2. Minimize biases of scientific and of nonscientific reasoning while developing a theory of consciousness; 3. Use as much honesty as possible to aim at better approximations of truth in the universe.

Claim: The main claim of this manuscript is that everything in the universe, in reality, and in life, exists within an interconnected web of consciousness. In other words, changes in the starting description and assumptions of consciousness, in chapter-1, will create changes in the descriptions of evolution and of free-will. And, as a result, the entirety of this manuscript would all need to be adjusted. Basically, the core claim of this book is that everything in the universe (universe included) is a function of consciousness or some function-type of consciousness.

Choice: By all means, motivated reader, you are free to disagree and modify any idea presented in this book, for your personal life. It is your free-will of choice to do so. However, don’t stop with only changing a select few ideas from the beginning chapter of this manuscript. Remember, everything is connected. Hence, I encourage the reader to follow the results of your choices to the extent provided within this entire book. Does your model of reality explain a positive perspective of life, in general? Mine does, within this book, as it is.

Transparency: To be fully transparent, I make no claims to state any exact solution to anything written, or implied, within this manuscript. All the ideas presented, in this book and in previous editions, are approximations, based on my experiences, observations, reasoning and overall selection on my choice of axioms. In other words, if my ideas in this manuscript trouble you, then consider this book to be only a work of fiction and move on to a safer book. Also, to make it easier to dismiss this manuscript as pure fiction, I have even stated this book to be a work of fiction, in writing, on the copyright page and in the actual copyright.

Overview: Getting to the specifics, chapters one through seven contain the main content for my theory of consciousness. Afterwards, chapters eight through fourteen develop the theory of consciousness with more of an applied focus with life—in particular within the framework of learning and studying and success. If the reader is not interested in how total consciousness works in learning and studying, then there is an alternate approach of study. Reading chapters 1-7 and chapters 10 and 11 would suffice to have a strong understanding of the theory of consciousness, presented in this book.

Dream: Overall, it is my dream that the ideas presented in this story of consciousness will be of some utility for you, the motivated reader. Still, with humility, I am aware of the saying that applies perfectly well with this book:

“All models in mathematics and science are exactly wrong and incorrect; but some models are approximately more useful than others.”

Such is the case with this manuscript. This book is most likely all wrong and incorrect. Despite this more than likely case, I believe you may benefit from reading this daydream on consciousness. Of course, the reality of my claims remains to be seen.

Thank You

I appreciate your time in reading my blog post. And I hope my model of consciousness is of some utility for you.

On Monday, 20 October 2025, I will upload the first part of Chapter-1: Consciousness, from my unabridged book on metaphysics, Web of Consciousness: An Interconnected Life.
