Chapter One Highlights

Definitions

Consciousness (or more precisely, Total Consciousness) is the multi-collected level of awareness and connectedness with reality, such that consciousness exists in three main types, orders or systems of organization.

E-Consciousness (or, exploratory-consciousness) is the primary exploratory part of total-consciousness, which is responsible for the awareness and connectedness to reality, with respect to waking day to day interactions.

Ava-Consciousness (or, acquired evolutionary adapted-consciousness) is the primary part of total-consciousness, which is responsible for the awareness and connectedness to reality, with respect to: DNA, body development and functioning, memory archival and retrieval of life trials, and all other systems of the human body or living being.

I-Consciousness (or, interconnected-consciousness) is the primary part of total-consciousness, which is responsible for the awareness and connectedness to reality, with respect to: communication, connected balance and concurrent adaptation between all other relevant, near relevant and far relevant consciousnesses within other living beings.

Emotions are one form of free-will communication, used by the three types of consciousness, which are the result of specific free-willed chemical releases within the body.

Rough Draft is the initial unformed and unpolished gathering of material that is used as a foundation to create a growing work of living writing.

Ten Actions of the Rough Draft Process

1. Observe reality without hesitation

2. Question your observations

3. Sense your observations and questions

4. Analyze your observations and questions

5. Talk with your observations and questions

6. Spend time in wonderment

7. Summarize what is observed, questioned and wondered

8. Give yourself permission to get the story wrong, so you can get it  

done.

9. Always triple C during your rough draft: consistency, conclusion

and conflict.

10. Repeat actions one through ten until the rough draft is done.

Nine Foundational Questions

1. What is an approximate definition of consciousness?

Consciousness (or, more precisely, Total Consciousness) is the multi-collected level of awareness and connectedness with reality, such that consciousness exists in three main types, orders or systems of organization.

2. What are the three types of consciousness?

The three main types of consciousness are: e-consciousness; ava-consciousness; and i-consciousness.

3. Why does consciousness exist in a partitioned-type manner?

Consciousness exists in a partitioned-type manner because of three reasons: to avoid an overload of data collection and analysis; to guard against infinite consciousness states; and to allow for the big bang to exist.

4. What are emotions?

Emotions are one form of free-will communication, used by the three types of consciousness, which are the result of specific free-willed chemical releases within the body.

5. What percentage of distribution exists within consciousness?

The approximate distribution of percentages within total consciousness is, on the average, for an adult: 10-15% of total consciousness is primarily within e-consciousness; 75-80% of total consciousness is primarily within ava-consciousness; and 3-5% of total consciousness is primarily within i-consciousness.

6. What is an approximate definition of evolution?

Evolution is the exploration, adaptation, growth and memory of intentional trial and error decisions in reality, made by some form of consciousness, which is recorded within life, for life, for all time.

7. What is an approximate definition of free-will?

Free-will is the ability of life to consciously choose to use information about the past, in order to make an intentional trial decision in the present, for the purpose of accomplishing the goal of evolution.

8. What is a rough draft?

The Rough Draft is the initial unformed and unpolished gathering of material that is used as a foundation to create a growing work of living writing.

9. What is the rough draft process?

In general, the rough draft process consists of ten repeated actions: observe, question, sense, analyze, talk, spend, summarize, give, always and repeat.
